What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

The Software

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is available for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be in the works. That should round things out when it lands.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Good for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker has no minimum.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.

Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

But. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But inform your assessment.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it depends on you.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.

Everything in one place, covering regulation, withdrawals, pricing, tab trade and the website bonus terms, is at TradeTheDay.
